Hello West Riverside parents,
We would kindly like to remind to check your child's immunization records and verify that they have received 2 doses of varicella and Tdap booster given after the age of 7. Please bring a copy of the records to your child's school, before the end of the school year, so we can update our files. These vaccines are mandatory in order to enroll in Middle School.

Nos gustaría recordarle que revise los registros de vacunas de su hijo y verifique que haya recibido 2 dosis de varicela y refuerzo Tdap administradas después de los 7 años. Traiga una copia de los registros a la escuela de su hijo, antes de que finalice el año escolar, para que podamos actualizar nuestros archivos. Estas vacunas son obligatorias para poder inscribirse en la escuela secundaria.
